BILEANCA Apartments
1. Booking & Contract
A binding accommodation contract is formed upon receipt of the host’s written booking confirmation.
The booking applies exclusively to the number of people specified during the booking process.
Use of the accommodation is permitted only to the guests who made the booking.
External visitors, as well as the transfer or subletting of the accommodation, are not permitted.
2. Prices, Payment & Children
Prices are based on the respective booking.
Children aged 2 and older are counted as adults for occupancy and price calculation purposes.
All persons (including children) must be listed at the time of booking.
In the event of deviations from the booked number of guests, we reserve the right to adjust the travel price and charge an administrative fee of €50.
3. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 4:00 PM (contactless via access code)
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
The personal access code automatically expires at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Staying past the check-out time is not permitted without prior arrangement.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing (e.g., by email). The following conditions apply:
Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit
Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund
The date the host receives the cancellation is decisive.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund.
5. Use, House Rules & Care
The apartments are strictly non-smoking accommodations.
Smoking is permitted exclusively in outdoor areas.
The following rules apply:
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- No parties or events.
- Careful and respectful handling of the furnishings.
- Waste disposal in accordance with the provided guidelines (waste separation).
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy on the day of departure.
In the event of gross violations, property damage, or extreme soiling, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees or damages, or to terminate the accommodation contract for cause.
6. Liability & Wi-Fi Use
Your stay at the accommodation is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for personal belongings and valuables brought in by guests.
The guest agrees not to use the Wi-Fi for illegal purposes. The guest is liable for culpable legal violations within the scope of statutory provisions.
7. Access System & Parking
Access to the accommodation is via a digital door lock.
The access credentials must be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. In the event of misuse, the guest is liable for any resulting damages.
One assigned parking space is available for each apartment. No liability is assumed for damage to the vehicle or theft on the parking lot premises.
8. Miscellaneous
The legally required registration form must be completed in full prior to arrival.
German law applies. Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Bookings may only be made by adults.
Pets are NOT permitted.
No liability is assumed for temporary outages or disruptions to the electricity, water, heating, internet, or Wi-Fi supply due to force majeure or technical or official circumstances, provided there is no intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the host.
9. Video Surveillance (Outdoor Area)
To enforce property rights and ensure the safety of guests and the property, the outdoor area (arcade) is monitored by video surveillance.
Of course, there is no surveillance inside the apartments.
Surveillance is used exclusively for access control, prevention, and the investigation of vandalism, theft, or unauthorized use.
The recordings are treated confidentially, automatically overwritten after 72 hours at the latest, and reviewed only when necessary (e.g., in the event of an incident).
